Payment Terms ‘Water Gardens’

1. A reservation cost of 50,000 baht is required for holding of property. Purchase reservations are held for 30 days from the deposit of 50,000 baht being put down.
   
   
2. Upon receiving the reservation payment, an agreement is required to be signed by the purchaser along with a deposit of 25% of the agreed final price minus the reservation cost of 50,000 baht. Construction will begin as soon as the agreement is signed and the 25% received.
   
   
3. Upon confirmation of floor slabs being in place another 25% is required of the final price.
   
   
4. Upon confirmation of roof being complete another 25% is required of the final price.
   
   
5. Upon confirmation of sanitary and electrical works being complete a payment of 15% is required of the final price.
   
   
6. The remaining 10% will be paid once the house has been handed over and accepted by the purchaser.
   
   
7. Any works to be carried out not stated in the contract will be classed as an ‘extra’ and the purchaser will be liable of any cost incurred prior to the works being carried out.
   
   
8. Total completion of the house takes 10 months.
